Library Electronic Resources: Problems, Questions and Comments

Please check the eResources Blog for known issues. If you have a question about a specific e-resource, please provide as much detail as possible: title or full citation, any error messages, and a step-by-step description of what happened. Screenshots are helpful and can be uploaded as files. Starred fields * must be filled in.UBC Library is required by law to follow the terms and conditions set forth in the licenses we negotiate with Publishers and Vendors. Most licenses allow walk-in access on campus.
Licenses usually state that only current students, staff, and faculty are permitted to have remote access to electronic resources from off campus. To use licensed resources from off campus, you must use OpenAthens. See Connect to Library Resources for further information. Where possible, UBC Library does negotiate access for Alumni and you can find those resources listed here.
