Library Electronic Resources: Questions and Comments

The Library welcomes questions and comments about our e-resource collections.

If you have questions about our e-resource collection, including questions about what dates are covered, or whether full-text includes all graphs and figures, please fill in the form below.

Please check the eResources Blog and if you have problems accessing an e-resource from home or off-campus, please use our Technical Assistance form. If there is an urgency to the problem, you can also reach Technical Services' e-Resources & Access unit by phone at 604-822-4192, from 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.

If you have a question about a specific e-resource, please provide the title and publisher or collection.

Being able to access these pages does not always mean that you can proceed to access resources. To use resources that are licensed by the Library, you must be a member of the UBC Library community (student, faculty member, or staff member) as defined by our usual licence agreements. You must have, or be entitled to, a valid UBC Library card.

To use resources that are licensed by the Library from off-campus, you must use EZproxy. See Connect from home for further information.

To access the proxy server, you must have a valid UBC Library card.
