Library Electronic Resources: Problems, Questions and Comments

The Library welcomes feedback and the reporting of problems concerning our e-resource collections. Please fill in the form below in order for us to help you better.

Please check the eResources Blog for known issues. If there is an urgency to the problem, you can also reach Technical Services' e-Resources & Access unit by phone at 604-822-4192, from 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.

If you have a question about a specific e-resource, please provide as much detail as possible: title or fuller citation, any error messages, and a description of what happened. Screenshots are helpful.
