The UBC Library Research Commons launches open-source geospatial data discovery tool
The UBC Library Research Commons has launched Geodisy, an open-source tool that allows users to search online for Canadian research data through map-based discovery.
UBC Library branches to remain closed until April 30, 2020
Due to the quickly evolving situation with COVID-19, UBC Library branches across the Vancouver and Okanagan campuses will remain closed until April 30, at which time the situation will be reassessed. The library continues to provide access to electronic resources and librarian support for research, teaching and learning.
UBC Library users now have access to previously banned content that offers historical perspectives on sex, sexuality and gender.
Part III of Gale’s Archives of Sexuality and Gender provides access to nearly one million pages of unique and rare content.
