A new UBC IT walk-in service, located on the main floor of Koerner Library, is available for students, faculty, staff, and researchers at the Vancouver campus.
The UBC IT Help Desk is open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. In-person support is provided for:
- Campus-wide Login (CWL)
- Wireless
- Connect E-Learning
- Student and Alumni email
- ResNet
- Sophos Anti-Virus
- Faculty and Staff email (FASmail)
- myVPN
Bring your laptop or just drop in to Koerner Library with your IT questions, and UBC IT will assist you with troubleshooting your issues.
