A history of food, in transit

By Jessica Woolman on November 12, 2014

Join UBC Library’s Rare Books and Special Collections (RBSC) and Robert Sung, a culinary educator, for a talk on the history of food, titled Food in Transit.

A veteran of the food and hospitality industry with a passion for the culinary arts and culture, Sung will entertain and educate with stories of immigration, culinary exchange, and Vancouver’s local food history.
