UBC IT Help Desk in Koerner Library

A new UBC IT walk-in service, located on the main floor of Koerner Library, is available for students, faculty, staff, and researchers at the Vancouver campus.

The UBC IT Help Desk is open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. In-person support is provided for:

  •  Campus-wide Login (CWL)
  • Wireless
  • Connect E-Learning
  • Student and Alumni email
  • ResNet
  • Sophos Anti-Virus
  • Faculty and Staff email (FASmail)
  • myVPN

Bring your laptop or just drop in to Koerner Library with your IT questions, and UBC IT will assist you with troubleshooting your issues.

Staff and faculty can also call the IT Help Desk (604-822-2008) 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. For more information, visit the IT Help Desk support page.
