Entrepreneurship, webcasting and immersive learning experiences are some of the topics covered by UBC Library projects that are generously supported by the University’s Teaching and Learning Enhancement Fund (TLEF).

TLEF was created in 1991 to enrich student learning by supporting innovative and effective educational enhancements. This year, a portion of the fund has been set aside as the “Flexible Learning TLEF” to fund projects addressing particular strategic priorities of flexible learning – a major initiative at UBC.

UBC Library recently received funding totalling more than $683,000 for 10 TLEF/Flexible Learning TLEF projects with a variety of UBC faculty and departmental partners. The Library is grateful for the TLEF support, and excited to embark on its efforts – for more information, please visit the full list of UBC Library projects for 2014/15.
