The National Post, Sept. 5, 2007

The Ubyssey, Oct. 23, 2007

“When I first heard about the collection, I thought to myself, how will this work? Will this work in a rare books area at a university?” said Ralph Stanton, [Head] librarian, Rare Books and Special Collections. “Then you see the collection and you realise there has to be scholarly interest in this material, its not just for golfers.”

The Vancouver Province, Jan. 13, 2008

“With all the books he has collected on the subject, Sam Martz should be the best or most-confused golfer on the planet since there seems to be a race between authors writing books instructing you on swing improvements and psychologists reconstructing your golf mind.”
