How can UBC Library serve you better? Please tell us! LibQUAL+® 2010 @ UBC Library
In March 2010, UBC Library will conduct the LibQUAL+® Survey, a web-based survey developed by the Association of Research Libraries. The survey assesses satisfaction with services at UBC Library, as well as participating academic libraries throughout the world. This survey, LibQUAL+® Lite, surveys a random sample of students and faculty at UBC Vancouver. The survey takes about 5 minutes to complete.
UBC Library participated in this survey in 2007 and 2009 and we would like to compare your current perceptions of library services with those revealed in the earlier surveys. UBC Library has taken significant steps to respond to service gaps identified in 2009, and this latest survey will help us measure our success and also identify new gaps and areas for improvement.
