Hi – So that means if I have roughly 8 dollars on my printing card, and the card itself costs 1 dollar, I can go to the locations provided in this blog (Irving room 241 or Woodward) and ask for a refund?

So if I have money on my UBC card plan (usually used for food), does it mean my card is “activated” and I can use the money on that plan to pay for printing? Or is it a separate account?

Can I get a refund in term 2?

  4. Andrea Coutts

    Hi Jessica,
If you were not a student in attendance at UBC in Term 1, but returned in Term 2, a refund will be provided upon request. Please email fe.lubigan@ubc.ca
    Thanks,
    Andrea

What do I do if I am only on campus on Saturdays? where do I go to get a refund.

    Hello,
Unfortunately at this time refunds are only available on weekdays during the times posted above. The Biomedical Branch Library might be a possibility for you – they are located in the Diamond Health Care Centre, 2775 Laurel Street. Staff there can provide refunds Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
    Thank you,
    Andrea

What it I’m on coop term right now and won’t be able to go to campus during the hours the library is open. Can I also get refund in term 2, when I’m back in class?

    Hi Jenn,
If you are away in Term 1, but return as a student in Term 2, a refund will be provided upon request. Please email fe.lubigan@ubc.ca

Hi, is the deposit money for the printing card used in Buchanan refundable?

  10. Andrea Coutts

    Hi Joyce,
You will need to check with Arts IT, as the printing cards used in Buchanan are different than the old Library copy cards: http://isit.arts.ubc.ca/about-us/contact-us/
    Thank you,
    Andrea

I’m going to assume that this is mainly for the Vancouver campus, and doesn’t affect the Okanagan campus at all. Yes?

Wrote an email to “lib-oldcopycards@lists.ubc.ca” about obtaining a refund on my old library cards. Not getting a response. Is this an active email account?

I’m graduating and I have about 4 dollars on my UBC student card that’s been activated online. Can I get a refund for that?
